LEGACY GTA Role playing RULES and REGULATIONS

 

                                                Civilian Team Rules

Civilian cars will be impounded after pursuits for 30 mins real time, to obtain your car before 30 mins you must pass requirements established by Law Enforcement Team.

 

If your vehicle is destroyed in a pursit you cannot use that vehicle again for the rest of the roleplay. CONTACT CIVILIAN ADMIN FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS.

 

3 Tickets = Jail, 5 Tickets = Jail and 15 Min. License Suspension, 8 Tickets = Jail Time/Licenese Revoked for the game.

 

Civilians must have a legitimate job & house to be qualified for access into LEGACY Life Roleplay.

 

Whenever you buy/trade in a car it will need to be registered.

 

You may store up to 10 vehicles but to use all vehicles you must have a custom license plate registered. If you do not have custom plates you are limited to 2 vehicles.

 

Maximum 2 residents per household. EXEMPT: Apartment Buildings & Farms.

 

You may have a vehicle but if it is NOT registered you can be arrested.

 

If you illegally park your vehicle on private or public property and it is towed you are responsible for the tow and impound of your vehicle.

 

You must call a civilian team leader in order to participate in an activity (NOT calling once is a 1 warning, 2nd time Strike USD Fine, 3rd is 48 Hr. Suspension from all LEGACY events.)

 

Failure to abide by these said Rules and Regulations can result in a clan & Game offense and could result in a LEGACY Trial in Criminal Court or Summon to LEGACY Board of Directors.

NO Harassment or insulting members relating to race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, personal life, how they sound over the mic., ect.

 

Must attend all official events unless cleared by an ADMIN.

 

You must remain respectful and well behaved at all official events.

 

You must follow all instructions if the Patriot Act is enacted.

 

New life policy.

 

You will be removed from the game for not doing your job.

 

All clan members under investigation will be suspended.

 

All modders are required to follow the Modder Code of Ethics.

 

                                         Police Rules and Regulations

 

No police cars without lightbars unless you are a detective or have approbal from supervisor.

 

Must be in uniform at all times.

 

Must only use and have official department weapons. No explosives. No exceptions.

 

Must remain attentive and professional at all times.

 

Must follow all dispatch protocol and know response codes.

 

Must drive carefully and observe

 

 

                              LEGACY Police Codes Response Codes

 

Code 1 - Respond Non-Emergency NO lights NO siren

Code 2 - Respond Lights and Siren at intersections ONLY

Code 3 - Respond with Lights and Sirens alternating as necessary in heavy traffic

Code 4- Situation under control

Code 6 - Out of vehicle for investigation

Code 30 - Officer needs HELP!

Code 451 - Chronicle

 

-10 Codes

 

10-4 = Affirmative, okay, roger

10-8 = Officer in Pursuit

10-10 = Officer going on break /AFC/AFK

10-15 = Suspect in Custody

10-50 = Traffic Accident with no injuries

10-50i = Traffic Accident with injuries

10-66 = Suspicious Person/Car

10-71 = Shots Fired

10-97 = Arrived at Scene

11-24 = Abandoned Vehicle

11-95 = Traffic Stop

 

T/C - Traffic Collision used if officer was involved

RA Unit Required - Rescue Ambulance or Officer trained in paramedics needed
